Sadly it seems sugiany-san has abandoned the project. But if you are interested the project is being continued by powroupi you can help him here https://github.com/powroupi/blender_mmd_tools/tree/dev_test

@r1cebank When I saw the notification email, for a moment I thought thought that maybe sugiany was back... Anyway it's good to have another dev working on the project. In the past I implemented a few features which were added and improved in @powroupi fork, but right now I have a job and don't have much time for this. So, powroupi is working on this alone, it would be happy to get some help to make this addon better.

However, a lot have changed since the last sugiany's version, take your time to understand the code wink
