kdbx cannot be opened by Android #721

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Work KeePass on Windows PC
2.Save DB.KDBX on Dropbox
3.Try to open DB.KDBX from Android device with no success

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Formerly, the DB was synchronized and both, Windows and android, used to open 
the same data base file KDB

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
On Windows, version 2.27
On Android, version1.99.11

Please provide any additional information below.
After exporting DB.KDX file from Windows to KDB and uploading the exported file 
to dropbox, the Android device can open the DB, but both are not synchronized 
automatically
