Enable writing to external SD card on Android 5+ #789

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a database that is copied by Dropsync to the external SD card.
2.Create and try to save an entry.

Expect to get new entry. Instead, get EACCESS (permission denied).

Version 2.0.3 on Lollipop

Excellent app, but I'd like to use SD card for storage. Write to SD is now
enabled for Android 5+, but the apps need to be updated to take advantage.

Hello,

I'm using Android 5 and Keepassdroid 2.0.3.

I can't store on my memory card. I get following message: permission denied.
Please fix it. My file manager get the permission.

Thank you.
