Package is broken on all platforms in Bioconductor release (BioC 3.16) and devel (BioC 3.17)

Dear Suhaib,

The Bioconductor nightly builds have been reporting a BUILD error on all platforms for the release (BioC 3.16) and devel (BioC 3.17) branches of the ArrayExpress package, for several months:

• https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.16/bioc-LATEST/ArrayExpress/
• https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.17/bioc-LATEST/ArrayExpress/

This needs to be addressed. Please take the time to investigate and fix the issue.
