New Onboarding #1

The onboard right now is pretty brief. A better experience for users could be a brand new onboarding or a button that leads users through step by step filling out a Safety Plan if they're not currently going through a crisis.

Im willing to look into this one, but I haven't worked with an objective c code base before, so there may be some road bumps.

I saw that there is an issue for migrating to swift, so I will go ahead and write these in swift as well, I just have to figure out the bridging part of of it all in the mean time.
