Update .travis.yml to install Suggests packages #21

Hello,

This updates .travis.yml to also install Suggested packages, namely testthat. I think this may help fix the build failures.

Thank you for looking into this. I have been fixing a scalability problem, and have not looked at the Travis builds in quite some time.
