Change extentions of tempalte. #144

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Current files under the template sub-directory has .hpp and .cpp extensions.

These may cause problem on the certain IDE if it include all source file in its managed build.

Describe the solution you'd like change the name of the .cpp and .hpp to .cpp.template and .hpp.template, respectively.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
