Add google test support #158

Describe the solution you'd like The files under the murasaki/driver are independent of the STM32 CPU. Thus, these codes are possible to test off line.

Using Google tests is benefit able to test them.

To make it happen, we need an empty project which can run the empty test as a foundation of the test.
