外国人的书有个特点: 基本上所有干货都在前言中完了, 后面的都是逐一进行解释, 所以, 这节看起来没有感触, 只能证明自己并没有超大规模开发团队管理经验, 不过, 值得背下来, 合适场景中丢出来证明自己看过...
