Allow Dashclock widget to listen to notification service in Android 4.3+ 
versions. Basically allow dashclock to show all/selective notifications by 
listening to the notification service introduced with 4.3 and above. 

The list of apps to be allowed can be selected by the user. This will come very 
handy to open the notification without sliding the notification bar down. For 
privacy/security concerned users, option to disable content of the notification 
can be allowed by showing just the app icon and unread count as what is used in 
Gmail.
