    o  sys.exit(-1) is called if the config file is ill-formed or missing.

done, at last since f5ac32742e522a8b5de1137694c962f2f293cc44 . 0 : success -1 : can't read the parameters from the configuration file -2 : a KatalError exception has been raised -3 : an unexpected exception exception has been raised
