I would like to propose adding a new GitHub Actions workflow to our repository. The purpose of this workflow is to automatically generate a greeting message whenever a new issue is raised. This would help in acknowledging the issue submitter promptly and provide them with some initial guidance or information, enhancing their experience and engagement with our project. The workflow will be defined in a greetings.yaml file within the .github/workflows directory. I believe this will streamline our issue management process and improve our community interactions.
