Solution for using Touchscreen and Omron #14

Need to figure out how to support both the touchscreen and the Omron. Somehow split to the I2C? Figure out how to do it.

@pyihan figured this one out. He was able to get the LCD down to 11 pins. There is still some work on getting both Omron and LCD working at same time. Separate ticket for that.
