Cleaning up unversioned/ignored items can fail without an error being shown #371

When running a cleanup with removing all unversioned and/or ignored items, 
removing those files/folders can fail (e.g. if a file is opened in another 
process) but no error is shown. Users have therefore no way of knowing that the 
operation failed.
