Check-for-modifications dialog shows folders as files for sparse checkouts

With a sparse working copy, if you use CfM and then
shift-check-repository to find items that exist in the repo but have
been excluded locally, excluded directories show up there as files, so
the checkbox for showing directories only doesn't work.

Subversion reports for those entries 'svn_node_unknown', so there's no way to 
reliably find out whether a path is a folder or not.
Only if the folder has other files or folders in it (i.e., is not empty), then 
we can determine from that that it is a folder.

But for empty folders, they will be treated as files.
I don't know any way around this.
