Indicate unknown remote status better #419

in the CfM dialog:
"An alternative would be to mark the Remote stautus as unknown ("?") to 
distinguish a clean status (WC equal to server side) better from unknown 
(server has not been asked)."

So if the "remote status" columns are shown, indicate the unknown state by 
using "???" instead of empty strings.
