Show log by date range is using only "start" or "end" date, not both

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. choose SVN show log from the explorer context menu

2. on the "Log Messages" dialog that pops up, select "Show range" using the 
arrow on the right of the "Show All" bottom left button

3. on the "Revision Range" dialog, select both "Date" radio buttons and enter 
dates in the date fields.

What is the expected output?
  I’d like to see only revisions between the two dates.

What do you see instead?
  The revisions shown go from the end date to today.

A workaround is to leave the Revision radio buttons selected and enter the 
dates as {2012-05-01} in the revision fields.

What version of TortoiseSVN are you using?
TortoiseSVN 1.7.10, Build 23359 - 64 Bit , 2012/10/08 11:46:26
Subversion 1.7.7, 
apr 1.4.6
apr-utils 1.3.12
neon 0.29.6
OpenSSL 1.0.1c 10 May 2012

What Windows version are you using?
