crash in process cleaner #439

This crash happens because of ProcessCleaner, a third-party application that 
attempts to control which processes are allowed to run.

However it causes so many crashes in other applications I strongly recommend 
you get rid of it immediately.

Nothing we can do here: it's ProcessCleaner that causes the crash, not TSVN 
itself.
