Need ability to edit 'Select' Custom Field options #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Once custom field has been created user does not have option to edit, only
to remove, user should be able to edit custom field once it has been created.

Custom fields can be edited,  but options for "select" custom fields cannot.
