Completing a shipment #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a shipment, select FedEx as the courier
2. Complete shipment once all required fields are filled in
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The shipment does not complete, user does not receive a shipment number and
the ability to edit is still available.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This does not occur when choosing "other" as shipping courier.
