Reloading after uploading an attachment results in duplicate attachments #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload an attachment to a record
2. Refresh the page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Refreshing the page should not upload the attachment again,  but it does

This should be fixable using QFileAssetControl for uploading attachments. See 
http://examples.qcodo.com/examples/other_controls/file_asset.php
