A User Role with "None" access to "View", "All" to "Edit" & "All" to "Delete", cannot save an asset #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create User Role & User with the above mentioned access (see screenshot6)
2. Create an asset 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
URL /common/trespass.php was not found on this server.

An administrator can no longer choose a View:None authorization level. They 
only have
the choice of owner and all. If the administrator wants to restrict view access 
to a
module, they should disable access to that module.
