Creating an asset will cause all assets to have their 'modified by' updated #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an asset

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The new asset should be created, and all other assets should not be
affected.  Instead,  every existing asset will show as having been modified
by you.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
