In Custom Field , Select field types can't have blank default value

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto Admin - > custom filed -> create custom filed with select filed type
2. don't fill anything on Selection Option and click on add
3. You will see a row will add with blank value.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You will see a row will add with blank value in option field. Expected is you 
can't enter a blank option it will create a doubt in users mind during 
Asset/Inventory creation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tracmor-0.3.0 / Windows & Linux
