(maybe) Recreate the ECFA'21 integration for ITL 2025

This is a big maybe, and no idea how feasible this would be, but: I think it would be pretty sick if we could integrate ITL's points into the theme itself like it was done with ECFA 2021, so that it would be mostly playable offline (ignoring unlocks).

This would at least require:

• reading points from the #CHARTNAME:; field
• calculating achieved points based on EX score and the points formular
• accounting for EX Points (should be easy enough if they function the same as in 2024)
• save Total Points, EX Points and Ranking Points in an extra file (itl2025.json? PlayerStats_ITL.wfs?)
• show RP and/or EX Score on the songwheel (maybe even replace the grade with the RP like that ECFA theme mod did?)

turns out this was partially done already with ITL 2022? Just saw a glimpse of it in a ITL 2022 highlight, looks like WFE version 0.7.6.2 at least has it

it was only for ScreenSelectMusic, but at least something already.
