Add step wise approach to building a collection template

When creating a collection template the steps that need to occur include:

• [x] selecting a collection
• [x] selecting an image
• [ ] cropping image
• [ ] cleaning an image
• [ ] creating image templates
• [ ] creating image paths
• [ ] viewing image graph

These steps will be progressive with new attributes being saved as serialized objects as the steps progress.
