Jobs fail trying to use invalid output names for the CLI #264

Since the URL is use to build the output for some of the commands when processed in batch mode, the CLI fails at properly parsing them, but it should be fixed in the UI since the file names should be clean anyway.

This is also related to the poor I/O handling.
