Iiif crop #73

This PR builds off of @aeschylus work in #52. It adds the cropper and then runs processing off of the cropped image.

With travis still not happy, the team discussed today to try and change tactics to see if that helps improve the outcome. We are going to be pairing on other cropper implementation to see if that yields any results.
