"Separate Voices" should be default mode (no button); "Combine Voices" appears for "Melodic Contour" #197

The "Separate Voices" button should go away completely as it's the default, and the "Combine Voices" button would only appear as an option when the "Melodic Contour" Ribbon view (which is no longer the default) is selected.
