Add fifth "aggregate" voice for Rhythmic Activity #203

Probably the color will be grayish, and it will be positioned below the other four (SATB[this]).

It's not entirely clear what this voice would display when "Show Notes" is selected -- though this is kind of an open question for the Rhythmic Activity view in general.

Some songs have more (or fewer) than four voices, so the aggregate voice is the N+1th voice. The current plan is for the Rhythmic activity ribbon to be centered on middle C when the notes are not shown. The aggregate "Melodic Contour" ribbon looks pretty good, too, and might be worth keeping.
