Prevent navigation on click
Change the tooltip cursor
Apply minimal fade-in effect
Apply padding and underlining appropriately for link titles (i.e. according to their presence or absence)
Render links titles and paragraphs only if there's content (previously lots of empty tags were rendered)

Closes #524.
