Small style fixes #595

A bunch of small style fixes already reviewed with the PIs:

Added a tooltip over the dan on the map similar to the one appearing over the shodan
Added a separator at the end of some articles to start the conclusion
Added an icon next to the Guide menu.
Added CSS to support icons on the guide tooltips.
