L1 uses the pointer style (arrow), whereas L2 uses the link style (pointing finger). Probably these should be consistent? I have a slight preference for using the pointer style for both, since the blocks are active links, and we've been pretty consistent about using the pointer style for anything that's a link on the rest of the site.
