This adds MIDI and WAV recording functionality.
It allows users to record both MIDI and WAV using the record button on the play strip. When the user pauses the recording, they get a notification dialog allowing them to export a WAV or MIDI file ( or clear the recording or continue to add more to their recording )
It also keeps a Record / Export / Clear dialog in the MIDI setting pannel. Ideally this will be removed but there needs to be a UX that improve on the notification dialog.
