Need to create a role for Cloudwatch logs to be able to write to Kinesis.
I think this can be the same role used for multiple CLW to Kinesis pipes (i.e. not one each for quimby test, lyberservices, etc.). See #18 for thinking through this structure, but start with Quimby test apache logs.
Ultimately, eed to role ARN if so to connect cloudwatch logs + kinesis.
