Coverage increased (+0.03%) to 91.324% when pulling c3cf02968345b063f65dd1eaf07d4abc4d6dcffe on filter into 0c85ae8135e21a0c654cab470bb8dd8504208f87 on master.

The test is in ./spec/services/public_desc_metadata_service_spec.rb. Should I move it?

I made a more focused test just for this class.
