This may require an "ok_computer" endpoint in the Rails app.

Ok computer has been added. @eefahy do we need to do something to point nagios at it?

I'd like to use this as an opportunity to figure out monitoring in AWS without Nagios in play. Essentially, some AWS tool should send an alert to OpsGenie for certain events in the app. I'll start working through what those events would be and figure out the wiring to OpsGenie.
