Generate SDR2 <=> Hydrox Current State Doc(s) #42

Generate SDR2 System-level, current state diagram for mapping integration points with current SDR to Hydrox.

Start of process of identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing what integration points Hydrox (and SDR3 work) should consider. These next steps need further issues / tickets when ready.

Start of process of identifying places to add "seam-ripper" APIs or microservices - places to configure flexible connections between Hydrox and SDR[2|3]. See related #41

@eefahy perhaps in context of what we discussed today re: serverless refactor options for Hydrox, we can work through or review this work together this week (I imagine knowing & documenting what Hydrox is up to will help identify, validate, document what parts to rewrite or what seams to rip open)
