Update README with instructions to run conversion that outputs RDF

The README instructions are not entirely clear about how to get RDF output using this or other projects:

pointers to scripts (now in another project?)
how to install the artifacts of this project
where to put MARC binary data files
- how to configure the path for those files
how to convert MARC to MARC-XML data files
- to configure the path for those files
- what script to run for that conversion
- what artifacts/classes does it require from this project
how to convert MARC-XML to RDF data files
- to configure the path for those files
- what script to run for that conversion
- what artifacts/classes does it require from this project
- what artifacts/classes does it require from external projects

Starting to work on this documentation in the wiki at

https://github.com/sul-dlss/ld4p-tracer-bullets/wiki/MARC-to-RDF-conversions

Once the conversion process is documented in the wiki, it can be translated to the README.md or to the ./docs folder with a pointer to the doc in the README.md
