Improve person resolution #37

Currently:

Person resolution is based on http://www.w3.org/2006/vcard/ns#fn, which ETL doesn't populate.
Querying is based on "Lastname, Firstname" which won't match names from ETL.
Names from WOS are "Lastname, Firstname Middle Initial." which won't match names from ETL.

One approach is for ETL to populate a variety of name variations as SKOS.altLabels to simplify querying.
