From call with Brown, the Harvard Catalyst disambiguation system? What is it, can we access it, can we use it for (medical school) people disambiguation?
Are there are reconciliation (id to id matches), resolution (string to id matches) or general disambiguation services we can use?

@cmh2166 Given that we currently have a (rudimentary) reconciliation service, can this be closed?
