When the user selects new filters to generate a new report (e.g. on the collaborations by country report), clear the existing results when adding the "Working..." message to the top. This will make it more clear that something is happening and will also cause less confusion if the result does not come back (otherwise you may be looking at old results that conflict with the current filters)
