test and/or deprecate sdr-services-test2 #63

@cbeer notes in slack:

In 2014, we spun up `sdr-services-test2` “temporarily” to
“evaluate running sdrIngestWF robots on more than 1 system” (SAR-2488).
Are we done with it now?

AFAIK it was never fully tested but it can be tested now. If we do shut it down, this also requires changes to the capistrano deploy configs.

The config change was already made in https://github.com/sul-dlss/sdr-preservation-core/pull/62
