this is likely moot as this code base will be replaced by sul-dlss/preservation_robots

This involves:

[ ] remove lib/sdr_ingest/register_sdr.rb
[ ] update robots.yml
[ ] update workflow object in DOR
[ ] remove from config/workflows/sdrIngestWF/sdrIngestWF.xml
[ ] remove from config/workflows/sdrIngestWF/workflowDefinition.xml
[ ] update README

also?

[ ] remove from config/robots.yml
[ ] remove from config/environments/robots_development.yml
[ ] remove from config/workflows/sdrIngestWF/load_robots.rb ?
[ ] remove from config/workflows/sdrIngestWF/process-config.yaml ?
[ ] remove from scripts in bin/
