wayback-core: graph rendering tweaks #25

these changes are some of the few remaining to get all the Stanford localizations into this code base.

Ultimately, we'll use the new puppetized code to use this code base to spin up Stanford SWAP machines. This will give us an upgrade path for upstream Openwayback changes, and will also give us more maintainable puppet code for the SWAP machines.

note that openwayback provides no tests for the graph classes.
