Persist the file-location in the File metadata #432

the File MAP (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Y8QBMxCnE92JRKTVvbeNy8PHVFJygqgDQpkVvzP6AhA/edit#gid=1729752180) originally gave location at the key for this, but this is fine for now.
