Create new non-RDF (e.g. binary files) resources in Fedora

Triannon must allow clients to create non-RDF resources, such as images, audio and video, within Fedora 4. These resources must be created with the correct URIs as generated underneath the annotation resource by Fedora4, or posted to the container created within Fedora4 for the purpose of storing annotation body resources.
