Icons should toggle associated modals on/off #21

The settings, download, and sharing icons trigger modals that can only be closed by clicking the "X" icon or clicking outside of the modal. In addition to those methods, we recommend that the icons act as toggles, so just as clicking the icon displays the modal, clicking it while the modal is open should close it.

That would mean the icon is still live while the modal has focus (and the rest of the UI is semi-opaque). Not sure if that's an issue though.

We need to make clicking on the overlay container (the green bit) trigger close.
