Since the data VM runs Ubuntu, we can likely use the existing ICIJ Datashare Debian package (since Ubuntu is based on Debian and can work natively with Debian packages).
@jmartin-sul experimented briefly with this using a personal Ubuntu laptop (didn't load any documents into the instance, but was able to successfully install a Datashare instance on Ubuntu using the Debian package). (@jmartin-sul is just unsure whatall needs to be done to make the installation official in the eyes of puppet and our default ops processes)
