[Visibility] removing files not pertaining to marc21-to-xml step #8

Visibility PR.

Shows an intermediate state of preparing this git repo meant for a "single step" of our processing. This PR:

removes files not pertaining to marc21-to-xml step (remember: the files are still avail in git history and also in the "old" tracer-bullet repos)
put the two scripts meant for the symphony box into bin/symphony subdir
remove stuff about RDF in remaining scripts.
